PASS Labs INT60 - Class A/AB Integrated Amplifier
Pass Labs make some of the finest HiFi audio electronics in the industry. Continually on the "Reccomended Components" lists of Sterophile and The Absolute Sound magazine you really need to hear the beautiful music making magic that PASS Labs products bring to any HiFi system.
Douglas HiFi PASS Labs INT60 Notes : The PASS INT60 is perhaps the sweet spot in the PASS Labs integrated range - with 30W of pure Class A before shifting to AB and testing to deliver up to 200W it can power most speakers in most situations often whilst barely leaving class A. We have enjoyed the immensely satisfying, muscular yet beautifully detailed and delicate sound that this design delivers. It also has a rock solid and huge soundstage that goes above, outward and beyond where the speakers physically are. Having experienced this amplifier effortlessly driving Revel F228Be, KEF Blade 2 or Martin Logan ESL11A speakers we can tell you that this amplifier is something special and is almost addictive to listen to"just one more track" as you experience music playback that is incredible.
Pass Labs is a high-end-audio company based in Auburn, California, United States founded by Nelson Pass, a well-known figure in the high end audio community.
This purely Analogue Class A / AB integrated amplifier sets a new benchmark in significantly narrowing any perceived performance gap between separate components and integrated amplifiers. Advanced technologies and real-world testing combine to create the INT-60 which presents a minimum of PASS Labs 60 glorious watts per channel into 8 ohms, and doesn't leave class A until 30 watts thanks to its high-bias operation. This larger class A operating envelope brings lower distortion and greater loudspeaker control, delivering higher quality musical fidelity for your enjoyment.
The INT60 has 4 llne inputs (2 of which are Balanced XLR or RCA) and also features pre-outs (also on Balanced XLR and RCA)
